New Hope Immigration Services
OUR HISTORY

ABOUT US

The New Hope Office of Immigration Services is an immigration services office that is part of the Social Action ministry of New Hope Church. The NHOIS is recognized and authorized by the Department of Justice to act in immigration processes such as legalization to obtain citizenship, renewal of DACA, among others. Our main goal is to help the immigrant community, especially the low-income ones, with their immigration process.

Federal Regulations allow Accredited Representatives to represent foreigners before the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). These representatives are accredited through the Recognition and Accreditation Program, which aims to increase the availability of competent legal immigration representation for low-income and indigent people, thus promoting the effective and efficient administration of justice.
